Wish I could post but DS is eating NOTHING since he's sick with RSV.  Well, I take that back...he's eaten a few yogurt bites.  *sigh* This is the first time he's ever refused to eat.

Hugs Sara, hope he feels better soon.

Actually a good eating day here. Strange.

B: strawberries, 1/3 banana
L: homemade beef patty with chopped carrots and spinach; applesauce; green puffs

I also made up a big batch of homemade chicken noodle soup tonight - heavy on the noodles and carrots. Can almost always get him to eat that!

Barilla is a brand of pasta. They make a version called Barilla Plus, which is a multigrain pasta that is a good source of both protein and ALA Omega-3.

My little girls are 14 months old and eat really well.  I still nurse them both in the morning and at night.

B: Yogurt, grapes, apple sauce, toast with cream cheese
S: 1/2 a cereal bar and water
L: Today it'll be a jar of beef stroganoff with veggies cuz I have to go shopping and get some real food.
S: 1/2 cereal bar and milk
D: Peas, eggs, toast and maybe a bit of cheese

I never know if I'm feeding them enough good stuff.  Does this look alright?  I don't really cook so I need some easy to make meal ideas.

Thanks Jiinx!  I'll look into that link.  Can 14 month olds eat carrot sticks?  I've been nervous to give them apples and carrots etc.

I'm not teaching pilates right now.  I have noooooooo time.  I have my own business and hopefully I'll pick it back up again in the near future.
