Amy - I can't remember - have you posted your recipe for veggie burgers before? Matty will eat them but I'd prefer not to buy store bought ones with soy protein and all. I can't give him squash, pumpkin or zucchini but happily carrots, spinach, peas, kale, etc!

B: Tropical fruit cereal, 10 strawberries  :o and then finished off his cousin's toddler musli
L: Scrambled egg, beans, toast, blueberries
S: Pot of fromage frais
D: Cod and chips

I know Costa do baby chinos in the UK. I think those ones are just the frothy milk in a cardboard cup. DS has never had one but I would get him one if we ever went there.

Baby chinos sound so cute!!  Aaron would love them...as long as it looks like what Mommy and Daddy drink ::)

B: cheerios...and DH just informed me (bc I am sitting next to him right now pestering him for this info) that Aaron is now able to feed himself with the spoon.  Aww, I've missed that accomplishment :(
L: banana and goldfish.  Not hungry after his big breakfast.
S: a huge cup of yogurt
D: Ham and cheese deli sandwich

Yeah, this kid doesn't do veggies :(

Cadiesmum your LO eats well!!!

Even if u ask them at the cafe they may make one up for u? Most places we go don't actually have them on the menu, I just order or ask if they do them.
I'm "shopping" around for mini chairs and a table for Brock. very excited!!!

Ok so B has had the same for B and L and S as Im sure u guys are tired of reading the same old stuff!

D spagbowl meat sauce with pumkin/carrot mash, buttered pasta spirals and thin spaghetti, garlicbread, water, prune juice, few bites of frozen yoghurt.

L: Cauliflower with homemade cheese sauce and a pot of fromage frais

Today was not a great day:

B: fair amount of strawberries, grapes and blueberries and 1/4 toasted whole wheat bagel with butter(started out well here)
L: bit of applesauce and toddler cereal bar (refused homemade hamburger with veggies)
S: apple slices, cheerios
D: small amount penne with marinara, couple smile fries. refused chicken cutlet and broccoli, later had yogurt

BTW - yesterday I had made up this for DS for lunch. He really like it and was a great way to get calcium, protein and veggies into him! I served the sauce over Barilla Plus rotini pasta since he likes fusili and that brand has a nice amount of protein. It made a large portion of sauce, which I froze for future use.

1 jar of prepared pasta sauce
1/4 cup cream cheese (I used lowfat cause that's what we had in house)
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups steam in the bag frozen mixed vegetables    (I used cauliflower, broccoli and carrots)

Cook whatever pasta you are using and then mix it with olive oil and cheddar cheese. Meanwhile, steam veggies according to directions and heat sauce. In food processor or blender add veggies, sauce, and cream cheese. Blend well. Sauce will be thick. Stir sauce in with pasta and serve.

Cadan is actually very good at eating the blackberries. He just puts them in his mouth whole and chews so very little leaks out. We do use a bib, sometimes one with sleeves or I just roll his sleeves up.
B: Porridge, strawberries, blackberries and banana
L: Lasagne with pepper, onion and mushroom (the last of the leftovers finally)
S: More strawberries (at playgroup)
D: Houmous and pitta bread, pot of fromage frais, few segments of satsuma

S: cheese sandwich
L: chilli con carne and rice

D: beef and veg lasagne, pitta and houmous, satsuma, raspberries

K is eating much better these days. It is embarrassing sometimes because even after he has his own meal he will look for other peoples like at play group.

Aaron's the same way.  We affectionately call him Aaron the Mooch...which, I have to admit, is something he gets from his mommy...
