I would say be ready from about 2h onwards, and watch him for signs he's getting tired or cranky x

Omg worst day ever and still not asleep!
WU 6.40
Nap 9.10-10.15
Nap 12.30-2 but an hour in my arms.
CN 4-4.30 (really tired?!)
BT aimed for 6 as he was obviously tired which is unlike him. DH was late due to traffic and now have massive OT baby still awake at 7.30 :o I'm so so so so stressed about it :(

I do wonder if he is sick though :-\ Z has been majorly off today. Wanted EBT of 6.30! And miserable all arvo. Maybe both have a virus

thanks hun

i cant tell what is going on, all naps are hard to extend now, he's coughing a bit. :-\ were in a developmental leap too so it's all gone to the dogs really :(

I'm getting way to strung out about it - so I think over Easter I'm going to have to just stop. Ill try really hard to not post here iykwim? - because I'm getting obsessed over sleep and I think it's making T worse. :(

Hugs! I can relate. Take a break from here and just focus on you. Remember it's just sleep. It will get better one day. Right?

(((hugs))) I totally relate to this too.  I think giving yourself a break is a good idea.  Do you have something fun planned to help you relax?  Sometimes a day out with DD helps me because I know her naps will be rubbish when we're out and about and then I can stop agonizing about them for a day - I find it's worse when I'm at home and things don't do according to plan.

Thanks lovelies :-*
He is sick. ::) at least I know it's not me. So constipated, and acid smelling breath and spills. Blocked nose etc. humidifier helped a ton last night though and he did really well.
So yes, all bets are off with sleeping lol

We had a busy day planed today, but DH sick too so likely stick around.

I hate shoulder seasons and playgroups. I think Zac just spreads germs all over us from other kids ::)
Thanks :-* it's hard to get them both in a pic, Z doesn't stop moving but mostly wants to kiss, tickle or show T something. ;) I love yours too! J is such a little girl now, not a baby :o time goes fast doesn't it!

Sleep stressed me out too. I think the important thing is that you are trying and he is moving in the right direction (when well!).

What helped me is having to be out of the house every day to sort out our horses. He would nap while we were there (first morning nap) but because I had no control of how long for or precisely when, I had to run with it and go from there. Many mornings of stuffing haynets with baby in a sling were hard work, but probably saved my sanity in the end.
