I've tried it no luck :( waking up at 430 am is killing me! Is even accept 530 am! Lol if I could just get a later bedtime  maybe he's sleep later but I know that could backfire.

What if I stirred him earlier to wake him to eat like 3 am? Maybe he'd fall back asleep for longer?

Could always try a Wake to Sleep. If things are this haywire at night, you probably don't have much to lose.
