I will try to make this quick. C has sttn since 1.5 months -6 months with 12 hr nights. At 6 months with dropping CN things got wonky then good then 2 months ago we started getting ew and cot parties etc so I have been chasing a times all over the map leading me to have my anxiety go crazy. After much though my husband and I thought it would be best to do set nap times and see how we go. We started on Friday and I feel amazing. Probably cuz it's working
My goal is 11 hr night so we went with a routine of
W630
S 930 (waking her at 1130 if she isn't up usually sleeps till 1115/1130)
S 230 (wake at 330)
Bed 730
So I realized she prob needs to go down at 715 as we twice have had a 530 cry out but ss. We are getting between 10.5/11hr nights and I try to keep her in her crib till 630 - usually happy waker.
Yesterday we had a doc appt that of course doc was running behind for so her pm nap was 250-350 in car. Well she slept 730-710!! So now I'm wondering what to do about naps for today. It's almost nap time now and she in no way is ready. What do I do? Push things back an hour? She was waking at 615 and quiet babbling till 630 so I thought I would aim for as close to 1030 this morning. Just wondering how I go about this. Don't want to mess up a good thing
Also I set my alarm for 730 am and won't let her sleep past that.
