You have been such great help, thank you.

You're right about changing the A too soon. Ill do 3.15 but if he seems happy when he wakes then maybe Ill push to 3.20 for the first A only. I did 3.15 for the second A and his pm nap has been much, much better! He still woke at 30 min, but only took 5 mins to resettle, then did another 30, and he's currently trying to go BACK TO SLEEP!!! I am shocked!!!!

Now for the last A, I suppose I will do 3 hours before BT since he's done two decent naps today. Does that sound about right? I really don't want to screw up since he's been doing much better today...

Tink! He's been napping for 2 hours!!! I may pass out with excitement!
I took your advice and fed him a small bottle about 20 mins before his pm nap! There's no telling if its that or the A push but it had to of played a role in why he's napping so well!!

I'm so excited that my husband will actually get to see him tonight! He's been doing EBT and now tonight, looking like we can make it to 6:30- 7:00 :)

Thank you so much!! Your support through this is very appreciated.
I'm hoping this isn't just a fluke....

Ill do 3 to 3.5 for last A and cross my fingers for less NWs!
Ill post an update tomorrow...

I may stick with 3.15 across the board tomorrow...I am terrified of screwing things up with this huge progress today!

Sounds like a plan....! Yes, let us know how tonight goes.  Don't be discouraged if it's not much better.  UT night wakings have generally sorted themselves quite quickly for us but early evening wakings have taken a couple of good nap days to fix.  It doesn't mean you did anything wrong - just that it takes some time to work through :)

Last night went much better with far less NW! He had a harder time this early morning, around 3:00 am up until 5:00 ish. He sounded like he was trying to resettle so I didn't look at the clock but then he decided he was up for the day. So I'm totally guessing on his actual WU time (bw 5:45-6:00am) and I hope it doesn't screw up our first nap too bad since I don't have an exact time...eek.

Nothing I can do I guess! Ill let you know how the days goes...
I hope you all are doing well!

I think I may already need another A push somewhere...

Since I didn't know his WU, his first A was between 3 hr 15 mins and 3 hr 30 min....it's driving me nuts that I don't know which one because it gave him a decent nap! He did an hour and 20, with only a 5 minute wakeup at the 30 ish mark.

The second A I did 3.15 (like yesterday which gave me that beautifully long nap!) but he woke at about 35 minutes, tried to fall back asleep but couldn't and has been playing in his crib for 20 mins. He's now starting to fuss a little and I'm hoping he can work himself back to sleep but he seems way too awake!

I may try a short CN, but if he refuses then ill do EBT.

What should I try with tomorrow's A since I don't know the exact first one and since the second A provided an UT nap?? Should I try and go for 3.5 A first thing and if I get a good nap, do the same for the second??

Thats exactly what I would do :)  dd2 surprised me and was doing 3hr20min yesterday and giving good naps so 3hr20/3hr30 is probably a good A time, and since you did 3hr15 and got a short nap then going up to 3hr30 should be ok.

Beautiful! Thank you!
How are you coming along with the 3-2?

I'm really hoping he will take a CN...it's been awhile since we had one but I think I should try?? I am really over EBT and even earlier wakeups!
