Ugh i pd too early for nap at 11 cos she seemed tired i was hopong she would be.asleep by 11.45 but she was ut and got annoyed. I ended up telling her off :( :( shes been saying 'amma shout' since she woke :( i feel awful. I just wish this leap was over.

Anyways nap was 12.15-2.30 but i had to rs at 1.15, 2 so bt for 6.30 i guess...

Hon don't be so hard on yourself, your suggestion of 6pm BT was perfectly reasonable - 4h25m A from WU from nap to bed!! Come on, take a breath. You are not necessarily back to square one and do you know if you have a bad night it's not like you don't know how to handle it. The thing is my lovely, there is no rule book, you can only do what you can do. And the reality is today is done now, whatever will be tonight will be. There's nothing you can do about it, so what's the point in making life miserable for your self and those around you by being cross with yourself  ;) Come on my lovely, suck it up. Let's see what tonight brings and we can work tommorow out tommorow xxx

But no NWs?

I'd probably go for 12.15 nap, what were you thinking?
