You are not necessarily back to square one and do you know if you have a bad night it's not like you don't know how to handle it. The thing is my lovely, there is no rule book, you can only do what you can do. And the reality is today is done now, whatever will be tonight will be. There's nothing you can do about it, so what's the point in making life miserable for your self and those around you by being cross with yourself
