We had such a good thing going on. Bed at 7 with a good 11 hours or so overnight. Happy days! One 30 min nap, mayhem!!

Nursery managed to keep her awake, surprisorshe had a good day and was in good spirits right up until bathtime when she lot the plot bless her. Out cold by 7, normal time at the min. This blinking heat doesn’t help. Need a good storm to cool things down a bit.

Wow, that was the day from hell. Never been so glad to get to bt!!
We had a very grumpy child all day who was almost asleep at the tea table!! Refusing food and generally being rude!
Out cold at 7pm thank goodness. Up around 6:30 this morning and seems brighter so far but still early.
That 30 min nap has a lot to answer for!!!

Far happier child today. No mega meltdowns. We’re such grumpy people when we’re tired 🤦‍♀️😂

Omg we had a mega sleep in this morning!! 7:30!! Never been heard of ever.
I thought she’d be tricky going to bed tonight but she’s had a mega busy day so was falling asleep before bathtime, swift up for bath and out cold at 7!! Something tells me I may pay for this good fortune somewhere down the line 🤦‍♀️😂
