Hi Vicki. We stopped bath time in the evenings a while ago for that reason!

No, it's not, wish it was that simple. I'm going to do an earlier BT tonight to see if that makes a difference. It just shouldn't take her an hour (sometimes more) to fall asleep!

Today was:

WU 6.30 (one NW at 4.30, took half an hour to settle)
Nap 12.40-2
BT put her down at 6.45 she was asleep at 7.45

I was tough with her, ignored her completely. She got pretty upset so I sat by her cot which calmed her down but moved away to show I was serious when she started messing around, then moved back to sitting next to her cot to calm her down. Made no contact and said nothing to her.
Still took an hour for her to go to sleep though but maybe this will improve over the next few nights????

She squeaked at 4.30am but didn't need me but was up at 6am! :( only at 10hr 15min night. She was OT though so I guess an EW is expected? I'll try for another early BT tonight. What time should her nap be do you think?

Honey, due to this 6 and the current title and your long running thread, can I suggest you start a new thread. Give a brief history of what's going on as she is so much older now. You will likely get more eyes on it and more POV. Also a ticker is always really helpful so others can see how old your LO is.

In the meantime today I'm a bit late but I would have gone with 11.30 nap for 1.5 hours up at 1.00. Then a 7pm BT keeping her day at 13 hours.
