Are you in Uk?  With the clocks going forward you may be able to get the 7pm bedtime and 6am wake up.

Will get my thinking cap on!!  There's a nice restaurant called NV in the city centre - it has a website.  Or there are several places in "Ocean Village" one called dock gate 4 or banana wharf.

Hope you have a good day today.

Was your EW with or without a nap?  I know we can get EWs with not enough A time before bed....

no nap, sorry it was sunday morning not sat, sat morning she did make 6am, on my morning of lie in so didnt really matter, typical! anyway friday she did a 30 min naparound 12.30 with bt at 6.30 and woke at 6am, trouble is she sleeps better at nt when she has had a nap but it is so difficult to get her to have one, only chance we get is if we are in the car at that particular time,

It does sound like the nap is more of an issue than no nap. It sounds like she has caught up but my DS will chat OT or UT!!!

really confused, not sure what 2 do , no way can she get through the day without a nap but not sure it helps, 15 mins would be the ideal but as i mentioned a nt mare to get her down then waking her up is not easy either!!!! she woke at 4.30 this morning afrer a 6.45 bt and was pretty adamant she wanted ot get up, which is the 1st time she has done that in a while, but she did after 15 mins of moaning! then slept til 5.50 what would you do?

I guess the other option would be a much later bedtime with a 30min nap maybe say 7.30pm

I *wonder* if she had no nap for a good few days whether she'd settle into a better night time routine - rather than chopping and changing ???

Hi Laura, it is a dilemma! naps do casue problems but she is so sensitive to OT that cutting completly turns her into a mess and as for later bt we have done 7pm , 7.30 and 8pm bt and still up at the same times as now, so obviuosly she was getting less sleep overall than now, arrggghh!!! always had this problem would think after 3 yrs i would have it sussed. The early bt are def no worse than before and she is averaging 11-11.5 where b4 only 9.5-10, so maybe i had best stop complaining, lol!!!

Clutching at straws... but would she do an earlier nap say 11am and then you'll still have a nice long A till bed?

Is there anyway you can do what Anna has done with her LO and put a clock in her room with a wake up light, that way she has to stay in her room at least until then anyway?  Anna has had some success with EWs but a very long road to get there.

I'll try and dig out a link from her thread for you.
