Brennasmommy - how do you make a spinach pancake? Do you add spinach puree or are there bits of spinach in it? It sounds good! This could be a good way for me to get some greens into DS since he seems to only favor orange veggies at this point (we are in VERY picky period).

Yesterday DS ate (in addition to 16 oz of formula):
Breakfast - strawberry, pear, and cereal puree, some scrambled eggs
Snack - 3 oz veggie/fruit juice
Lunch - container of yogurt mixed with peach and squash puree, bits of meatloaf
Snack - milk and puffs
Dinner - pureed mac and cheese (with carrots and broccoli), 1 1/2 chicken nuggets, a few more bits of meatloaf

Most of our days look like this because he is teething and seems to only be sticking to favorites at this point.

Samsmommy the spinach pancake is made by dr. preggors and you can usually find them in the frozen foods section of your grocery store.  They are all natural and the make a broccoli one that dd loves also.

WE have made spinach pancakes with puree before. I can imagine K not liking whole bits in there.

Today for us.
B: 1 slice jam on toast, few bites of apple
S: few more wotsits (from the same bag as yesterday), 1/2 a hot cross bun with butter, 1/2 a small banana
L: few bites of each - pitta, humous, tomato, turkey breast, 1/3 of a donut (which he has started calling "deedees" because I was trying to spell the word so he wouldn't know what I was talking about!)
S: banana museli with cow's milk
D: beef and mushroom sagg masala with carrots, rice, bombay potatoes (only a few mouthfuls potatoes as I made them too spicy)
S: 3/4 crumpet with marmite

Was it a slow cooked dish or did you use a steak beef?

I cooked the beef in stock for an hour before making the main dish so it was lovely and soft. Hmmm.

Hmmm, thought I'd join in today as am looking for inspiration too - does anyone know how to make a nice rice dish south Asian like rice and potatoes or perhaps palaw (with lamb) or east Asian style with eggs maybe?I try and fail but LO loves them and so do I?

So today,

B: cereal *wheetabix with raisons in it with cows milk and a beaker of milk and half a piece of toast
S: Biscuit and a few sips of milk. Some watermelon
L: Jacket potatoe with melted cheese and brocolli and some cuecumber on the side. Few sips of water
S: organic sugar free biscuits, some fruit. Drink of milk
D: Pasta with home made veg sauce, cheese melted on top and half a choc ice as a treat.
B: beaker of milk before bed. Took about half.
