Grants, thanks for clarifying.  At least you can self treat, thats the main thing.  I have headache today again.  I wonder if it's something in the house still as I had no headache as we were out all day.

Sorry to hear about the headache Koe. Have you found the cause yet? Is it def something in your house?

Ladies! I have been discharged !!!! :D I even have a thread about it on the great news board.
I had my appointment yesterday. The practitioner was going to start treating me for painkillers. So I asked if I could self-treat those instead as I want to learn how to do it as I will most likely need this skill for life. I only had perfume(I'm won't treat perfume as it doesn't bother me)and dust left to be treated on my list of allergens. I asked her if she could treat me for dust and then I could self-treat paracetamol this week and she could check if I have done it right next Thursday when I take DS to his appointment. She checked if my AB self-treatment worked and it did. She also checked if I was strong for the AB with the organ mix, which I was. Then the plan now is for me to self-treat for different kinds of painkillers and she will check if I need a booster for what I treat each week.

That's great news!!   Like you said before, we probably need to do this on/off in order to not suffer anymore!  My headache was gone but my weird back pain is back, so I am down.  It sucks to have had no pain day which makes painful days more unbearable :(

Good thing is that sinusitis is really gone!  I also have an interesting experience.  Two days ago, I forgot to put a bit of my usual breakfast in the jar for the daily food treatment.  In the evening, I thought, I had the same breakfast everyday, so it should be ok to skip it.  The next morning I woke up with that weird back pain.  My breakfast is bread with pb and honey and strong English breakfast tea with milk.  As you might remember my initial problem was bread...  I must be really sensitive to it  :(

Cheesy? LOL

Ok, here's a big update!  Nothing like Grants to be discharged but it's just long. Lol

As I wrote earlier that I had this acute attack from spices, food, special tea, etc...  Then also treated on saliva and the daily food combos.

I took on Eloises suggestion and self tested salicylates and I was weak and I treated, my practitioner confirmed that I was allergic but my self treatment worked!!

My current symptoms were this stiffness in my mid back and muscle pain but some mornings after the treatment of a whole day of food, it would ease a little and it would come back later in the late.  Sleep also wasn't fantastic, kept waking up in the night.

She tested me on MANY things, my arm got numb from holding it up so long!  Turned out that it was Bacteria mix that I was allergic to and it's affecting my water element which means the kidney and bladder meridians!  I hadn't even told her that I was getting up so many times in the night to pee and my bladder was hurting!  But this allergic caused my back complaints!

I just came back from treatment and my back is not stiff anymore.  It's still tired but no muscle ache.  Still haven't got round to treat RNA yet.  Bacteria mix was not a problem before, so another layer of the onion peeled!

I am more and more amazed by what kinesioloy can do.  I might start another asking if there is anyone here on the forum knowledgable in it.

Thanks for reading.  Hw are you all doing?

Good update Koe!! :) Hopefully this annoying pain will disappear :)

I self- treated Ibuprofen this week and I will find out if it worked tomorrow. Next week I will self-treat Aspirin.

DS’s update is on his sleep thread.

Thanks, Grants!  I keep my fingers crossed for your self treatment!

I was able to do some yoga poses just now and I could feel the tiredness inside the muscles.  This is the first time I could bend down to touch ground without fainting or feeling dizzy!  But shoulder pains remain!  I hope this back pain stays away for good.

Will check on Ms thread!

Thanks for putting me in the right perspectives, Grants!  I was a bit down when I felt all the deep muscle pain but I couldn't have done the same stretches or poses last week!  I can go to bed happy now :) :*

Bad news!!  Insomnia!!  Went to bed early as I was exhausted from the treatment and falling asleep on the couch, stared at the ceiling for hours!!  Slept 2h and then woke at 2:30, took a sleeping pill at 5, DS woke screaming at 6:50!!  I have muscle pain everywhere now.  Not sure if it's the yoga or detox.  :(

Sorry to hear that Koe :( Did you have a detox appointment then?

Yoga mixed with lack of sleep could well contribute to the muscle pain. I have muscle pains very often due to lack of sleep.

I have never had a detox treatment so far.  I will have another appointment in two weeks.  Insomnia can well be a response to a treatment.  I was angry and tired all day until about 4pm.  Pain has mostly gone now.  I guess it's all to do with the treatment.

You know what?  After the treatment of calcium, tap water here is very hard, I still got the feeling that tap water is giving me problem.  So it's the bacteria in it.  I never thought about it as I wasn't even allergic to them in all the previous tests.

I totally agree with u that lack of sleep causes so many discomfort.  I forgot to bring some food home again, so I can't really self treat for the food today again... Grrrrr @ myself.  It's just hard to establish such a habit.  I even had a jar in my bag!!!  How was your treatment today?

I didn't have an appointment for myself. She only checked if the Ibupofren self-treatment worked and it did!!! :D

DS had an appointment. He needed a booster for cortisol and cortisone ,so all the horrible nights could also be related to these last few treatments in last weeks. He was treated for another neurotransmiter as well, related to sleep, I can't spell it and I'm on my phone, don't havevthe name with me)He is alright for food phonemes. Next week she will test adrenaline and a few other things and from there if he is alright with those things *we* are going to discharge DS. We can't treat forever and she never says anything about discharging him???? We can't afford this anymore. Plus he has been tested and treated on *loads* of things. His eczema is mostly gone apart from the back of his leg. DHbis going to finish his 3 allergen and hopefully we are done.

hi - i have not read the whole thread but i noticed you said you were having trouble finding a good gluten free bread recipe. i would try the "paleo bread" on elana's pantry (a gluten free grain free blog, i think). if you are sensitive to almonds (for almond flour) you can replace them with cashews....if you are not worried about starches/grains, things like tapioca flour, brown rice flour, sorghum flour, mix nicely with some coconut flour to make baked goods (with gluten free baking powder, and either eggs or xanthan)....
