I am sure the body has changed a lot due to the treatments.  My cycle has changed since child birth and miscarriage.  Since the treatments, I had two cycles that are longer than 25 or 26 days and more like pre-pg periods.  Nt sure if it's a good thing but it is definitely showing some changes.

wow it has been more than three months since my last update!!!

i have been through heaps!!  The pneumonia was really vicious!!  It took two different medications to help me breathe and took more than two months before i could stop using them!  My GP is just awesome!! 

Since then, i havent had to go back to naet.  I hae become more alert when a reaction was starting and I could do a test and self treat right there and then.  Some of the worst things I found were wifi and mobile radiation, which gave ms headache and sleep problems, tap water as we moved houses, stress in general.  In the last week or so, I havent had any reaction!! 

I suspect I still react to some spices and additives because when I eat store bought or eat out, I would get uncomfortable.  I will wait for Jan for another NAET appointment to find out more.

There is another new thing I have come into contact with.  My muscle pain wasnt better even when the food allergies were not on the equation.  I went to a new physiotherapist and she introduced me to a technique called dry needling!   It relaxes a stiff muscle by inserting a needle in the trigger point of the troubled muscle.  It relaxes right away!!!!  I had my first treatment the week before our move and i could lift and carry a couch with ease and DH and I were pleasantly surprised as I couldnt do it just the week prior!  It isnt magic,  the needles hurt and there was a lingering soreness afterwards but the muscles didnt stiff up again and i could walk a bit better. 

My insoles also were reduced from 1.5 cm in the left side down to 0.5!!! 

It might not sound very logical because there was so much to update but i dont want to bore you too much.

Great that you have tuned in so well!

My Kai has since been diagnosed with pyroluria and now a blastocystis hominis parasitic infection as well as Klebsiella which is bacterial...  so we are in a very uncertain place at the moment.  Our whole family needs to get tested now as he probably got the parasite from me or DH.

Eloise!!  klebsiella!!  That is what i had!!!!  My NAET found it out from muscle testing that not only was I allergic to it, I had it at the time and would need abx!!  I am sorry that
i havent got a referral of someone in sydney yet.  i will email her asap!!  hugsss!!

Did you take the antibiotic for blasto? Apparantly adults need a cocktail of 3 nasty ones to get rid of it!



I have to admit I lost faith in NAET since Kai had limit beneifts from the first round, and then my NEAT practivioner said "this is as far as we can get!"   She wasn't comfortable taking our money anymore! However I am open to finding out aboutother ones, as I know sometimes it is more the skill an intuition of the practicioner.

I just had the klebsiella bacteria but it was bad enough to keep me on asthma med to help with breathing for more than two months!!!

I was just a bit surprised about her saying she couldnt do anything more.  I went to mine and told her my complaints, that time, i was really bed riddened ill with high fever.  i went to her when i felt better and she tested me with bacteria and viruses,  the individual vials and found that i was having allergic reaction to three and also that i had infection from Klebsiella at the time and through muscle testing my body indicated that i would need antibiotics and i went to the GP the same day and got an x ray at the same day.

I do have another update, that My new physio found out that i had a slipped disc on my back and i know this isnt to do with allergies directly but explains why i hae difficulties in day to day activities and movements.

I guess I spoke too soon last update that I was healthy.  I was no doubt healthier. 

soon after I posted, I discovered I was pg but then I fell ill again with flu like and infection symptoms and 40C fever.  then I discovered I was m/c and am still waiting.  There is no way I could tell if the mc was related to the reaction and/or fever, infection, etc. 

What I discovered today from researching is that nasal spray contains benzalkonium chloride which has raised concerns for allergies.  You can read about it on wikipedia.  I had the infection symptoms again a couple of days ago and yesterday morning I used the nose spray once and my sinusitis symptoms worsened as the day went by.  By bedtime, I had severe headache, sore and sensitive areas around the eyes and behind the nose and sore throat with swollen glands.

I kept wondering if this was yet another reaction but at my last appointment, my practitioner went through almost everything again and only found i was reacting to RNA mixed with virus and mustard seeds which I got treated from.  I remembered I had the spray, I did a self test and i was allergic to it.  Self treated before bed but I woke up still with headache and sore throat.  I went to read the ingredients of the spray and saw benzalkonium chloride.  I self test and i was allergic to it.  I self treated it before lunch and my sinus headache is gone now.  My glands are going down also, sore throat gone.

If you have a habit of using nose spray and get rhinitis or sinusitis symptoms, try stopping it to see if it helps!
