Another night with the same waking times one hour after he goes to bed when he's clearly asleep and must be ot he will cry then at 1130 pm, 4 am and 550 am! Ugh he's def hungry and eating so I'm hoping it's just the growth spurt it's just tough because he's still only sleeping under 3 hours risk during the day and usually doesn't nap at all past 3/4 pm. Any tips? He's drooling and very vocal too lately!

I would say that 2 NW at this age is very normal so I would just feed and back to sleep.  As for the 5am EW, if BT if 6/6:30pm then that is an 11hr night so I really wouldn't expect WU to be any later than that, so it's not a "true" EW ifkwim?  I would often AP a CN at 4/4:30 to make it to a later BT, I'd just rock her or wear her in a sling or whatever just to get us through.

He always did the 6 pm bedtime and slept at least until 630 its just that he's not going back very long after the 4/430 feed. He used to go to sleep at 6/630 wake once at 2/3 then up around 6 so this feels like a step backwards. Today he took a two-hour nap I don't think he's ever done that from 215 to 415 so he's eating now at 430 when should I do bedtime? Oh I've tried to wear him out to Swing to get him through later in the day but he just ends up passing out by six no matter what and then it's worse because he won't eat

Wow it's amazing what good naps can do for night sleep! He slept from 7 until 430 I fed him and he went back to bed until 7!! Hope we get a good day here again ! Even with his last A time being almost 3 hrs! I guess that 2 hour nap was just what he needed.

Fantastic!  So happy you got a good night :). There will be lots of times you feel like you are going backwards, especially when nearing that 4 month regression.  Naps will get better, as long as you keep along with the A times there comes a point when they get there developmentally and are able to connect cycles and take a good nap.

Not a great napping day so far. I've noticed  as soon as we walked into his room to go down for a nap he starts crying

At every nap today even bedtime he cried beforehand and he never does. On average 1.5 hrs A time although I got a 40 min, 35 min, 25 min then a 50 min nap today. Ugh why is this so hard. Then it makes bedtime pretty early.

Do u think he's too young to be on set nap times or 2 hr A time? I'm desperate. He went to bed at 615 was up at 945 took 6 oz then up again at 3 took 4 oz and up for the day at 540!

Most don't transition to a 2hr A time until around 4 months but if you think he is LSN or has higher than average A times you can push a bit to see.

I found with both of mine getting over short naps was largely developmental.  All you can really do is try to keep up with age appropriate A times and try to settle (if you can) and if not then move forward with the day.  I know how hard it is hun, it's incredibly frustrating but it will get better :) He is 3 months? I would try to just stick with a 1.5-1.40hr A time and hold it for a few days.

Ok I'll give it a try. Today we were out most of the day so just a few catnaps which means he might make it to 6pm tops. Last night he went to sleep at 645 was up again at 945 ate an entire bottle up again at 145 ate again and up again at 530! I'm exhausted its like he's a newborn again!

I know it's hard hun, the exhaustion really gets to you and it's especially hard when naps are short so you don't get a break.  I really don't think 2 NF at this age is unreasonable though, and again the 5:30am WU is after an 11hr night, so I'm not sure much can be done there unfortunately.  He's around 14/15 weeks now? I think I was a little off on his age before, I would try a 1.45hr A time as you are probably starting to get close to the 4hr EASY - I found once DD was on a solid 2hr A time her naps really improved, but for DS it was unfortunately after the 3-2 and was more like 6/7 months.
