Woohoo, Amy!!  That's great news! :)  Aaron is doing better with citrus, too, though he has a really tough time with peanut butter.  He gets diaper rash so bad it takes nearly a week to go away :(

B: cheerios, apple juice
L: grilled cheese, applesauce
S: banana, goldfish
D: chicken nuggets, french fries

Forgot to say - AWESOME on the citrus Amy!

Sara - has Aaron been tested for any allergy to peanut butter?

Hi Karen :)  No, we haven't yet.  We just singled out the PB (we couldn't tell for a while if it was that or eggs).  But, I've been thinking about getting him tested lately.  You must have been reading my mind :)

I would have him tested Sara - can't hurt and PB allergies can be scary. Does it happen right away? If only delayed reaction and diaper rash though it might not show up on "normal" allergy tests. If nothing else, I'd likely avoid PB until he's 2 before trying again.

His bottom gets a rash normally within the next 18h, definitely by the time his morning constitutional comes around (between 7-8 am).  I know this so precisely bc I would only give him the PB&J sandwiches at lunchtime on Sundays when we're at church.  He never ate them at any other time, and now I don't give him any at all.

Do your LOs still eat in their high chairs? I'm thinking of moving to a toddler table and chairs for Just lunchtime and snacks ( I also want to introduce crayons and play dough). How'd your LOs handle sitting at a small table?

::) same old ~ oatbix, mash banana, buttered wholemeal toast, prune juice, few rice puffs, 'no' to mandarines 'no' to scrambled eggs
S 2 mum mums 1 honey rice puff bar, 1 oat biscuit, water, baby chino
L (wolfed down) melted double cheese, avocado SW, 1 yoghurt
S refused yoghurt and fruit pots
D (heaps of) honey mustard chicken caserole w/ rice, carrots, pumpkin and green beans, water, prune juice, few spoonfuls of DHs vanilla icecream

I guess B is feeling better? :o

DS sits at our table with a booster. I found he eats a lot better w/o the tray. We don't have a toddler table, but sometimes I will put snacks on the coffee table where he can stand and eat if he wants. He does eat a fair amount, but the problem is he runs around the house eating it, so I have to put stuff that doesn't crumble/stain :) HTH. What is a baby chino btw?

B- toddler cereal, half a slice of french toast
S-pineapple
L- some fish and soft pretzel with tomato/basil sauce
S-pot of apple/prunes, yoghurt
D- lentils with spinach, baguette

Thanks GM!
A baby chino is a Lo's drink served in cafes. It "Looks" like a mini cappuccino so cute! Depending on the cafe it's either just the fluffy part of the milk sprinkled with chocolate or some places make it just like a baby hot chocolate, the good thing is it's always warm (not hot) and B loves having his own "cafe drink" while i enjoy a well deserved late`. The ones served in cardboard T/A cups are the best because it doesn’t matter if they accidentally drop it. ::)

What a great idea :) I will have to keep my eye out here to see if anything similar is available.
