My girls seem to be on a super advanced curve. Whenever I try something new with them, they seem to adapt readily. Like when we moved to a 4 hour EASY, they pulled through in three days. Or when I extended their A times from 2 hours to 3 hours, they pulled that one in about three days too.
So, what was it, Wednesday, that I wrote about changing their milk? Yesterday I got tough cookie with them (and myself
) and was able to reduce their food and up their milk. They both drank their minimum 20oz and ate well too.
We went to Lebanese food yesterday, what a hit! Carrot salad (I should have asked how they got the carrots so soft, Lyn
), Tahini salad with tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and parsley (very messy but they loved it), of course pita with hummous, and green beans in a tomato sauce. Only thing they didn't like, and crazy mami offered it was the spicy rice. I only tried it on Sylvie, which is dumb b/c she's the more sensitvie one
Mami. She popped her eyes open and cried for seven seconds, then went back to flirting with the table next to us.
Next time I must remember to bring bibs. They were a mess!
Sorry to hear about Alice's thumb. I've done that to each girl. My DH give me a hard time about it, but then I invite him to cut their nails. Needless to say that's my exclusive domain.
