I am from the UK, Martin (DH) is danish, that's why I'm here. My danish is awful, I am ok with reading and writing but am terrible when it comes to speaking and it doesn't help that the danish love to speak english!
I know you said you have blackout blinds but I would totally recommend blacking the room out completely, we have been pinning black material around the whole window and L has started waking later again, even a little bit of light stimulates the wake up hormones, I myself have been waking around 6am as the light is seeping through my room
If you don't think she'll sleep in the stroller then maybe it's best not to risk it, the times L didn't fall for the catnap I had to really hurry to get her in bed but luckily the walk seemed to prevent OT anyway.
L had two naps today
Martin woke her at 8am and said she was a bit sick when she got up, it was saliva like and she has a tooth almost through so it is obviously the teething making her tired. She fell asleep at 10am while they were out walking for 40 mins and then slept 1½ hours in the afternoon, why couldn't she have slept like that on two naps??? And why was it a day when I am actually not looking after her, life just isn't fair sometimes!
I hope you have a good nap day
