I agree with Sara and Katherine that at this age set naps were the best way for us. With a time change coming up you could use it as an opportunity to get sleep at night at the time you'd prefer. So if you'd rather she were sleepig at night from 7/7.30 until  6.30ish you could go for that with a 12 noon nap. It's still an hour's change I think from where you are now in her body clock, but will get you towards where you might want to be in an ideal world, and is less of a change than the two hours the move will mean in clock terms.

This way you're getting a benefit from the time change. What do you think?

Thanks Naomi.

Sorry I'm confused a bit with what you said about the time change. The new time will be 2 hrs back so if she is used to go to sleep at 6:30 it will be 4:30 new time. So if I use it as a way to change her day I would have to put her to bed at 7:30 new time which would be 9:30 old time(and she is used to 6:30/45 now). With the nap she is used to 11:00  nap old time so if I put her at 11 new time it will be 1pm old time. And if I put her 12 new time it will be 2 old time. Did I understand you correctly?

For the past couple of days I think that she is getting OT even before the 6:30 BT and is taking 30m to fall asleep, then has multiple ENW where she cries for few secs and goes back to sleep(just like when her BT was 7pm). Her nap again is getting shorter and shorter, first it was 2hrs, then 1hr45m and  now it's 1hr35m long.  If I move her BT to 6 she will get used to it as she did to 6:30 PM BT and will still get OT and her WU will get earlier.  It's exactly what was happening when her BT was 7pm.
I can't give her 6:00 BT because that's how her WU got to 4:00am a month ago. We moved from 7 to 6:30 to 6.

Or maybe when she has a bit better morning WU And her nap is still at 11 then she goes UT for her nap and that's why her nap is shortening and then she gets OT from this after few days?

I'm just not sure what exactly is going on and I hope I'm explaining myself correctly.
