Hi - I looked for a new thread but didn't see one, I suppose I could have started it but oh well!
Nikki - I just wanted to say I don't have the TV on this morning and SOphie IS playing more actively and scooting all over the place. I thought she was on hiatus from learning to crawl but she keeps getting stuck under the couch (still only goes backwards  ). I guess she was watching the TV more than I thought!! Sophie also got the BE DVD collection for xmas from my mom.
Michelle - I was never allowed to watch TV as a kid and I went through a case of telly addiction when I got older. My mom said it just bothered her to have us watching TV when there were so many other interesting things to do. Since then I HAVE read non stop though, hmmmmmm. I am not too paranoid about TV effecting Sophie though and think I will just chill and play it by ear. Oh and Sophie has 8 teeth  and she does look sooooo different with her top 4 in!
Bec - I LOVE horses and used to ride as a kid. It was VERY expensive though, leasing a horse/stable ect... I did one equestrian show and then had to pack it in. What I want most one day is a horse! Great pic of Halle/Helle with Santa, classic really! We also have 2 daughters, sweet lovely Sophie and when she goes to the dark side Darth Sopher .
Judy - Water and oatmeal helped Sophie with her bunged problems and I know you are not a fan of sugar but 1/2 a tsp. of brown sugar in an ounce of warm water got Sophie moving as well. Poor little lamb, it can't be pleasant.
Roz - Welcome back!! great to see you and glad your holidays went well! I have good friends, that we met when we lived in Tortola, that now live in Barbados - I would love to go - she has a ds 4 months older than Sophie!
Cathy - Glad to here Carter did so good with all that moving around, what a little champ. Oh and keep forgetting to say that I got your Xmas card on Christmas Eve - Carter is such a cutie!!
Karen - Ditto on the hot DH and that he does look like Ken Wantanbe (sp?) I thouhgt the exact samde thing!! Gorgeous pic!
Hannah - Good to see you back as well. We also have SOphie's crib on an angle and I don't want to change anything in fear of disrupting her sleep!
Oh and I had read the book and looked online when I was unclear on some of the techniques in the 1st book about sleep, of course! I didn't get either of my 2 posts answered on the nap forum, so I left it and didn;t come back until july or august when I found you ladies and haven;t looked back since!!
