Good stuff! Hopefully, the improvement will continue, at pace,  now for you.
 Sometimes, you just have to take the meds. I'd be like you - tablets used so infrequently, they go out of date & I wouldn't even know which I should/ need to take  ;D.

Great things have improved!

Another one who took Ibuprofen when BFing. I was told to by a pharmacist, but this one was a bfing specialist who worked for the BFing Network.  Just another bit of info in case anyone else tells you not to, it is absolutely the best stuff for mastitis.

I had it twice with DS1 and the same symptoms are here. Bright red streak on my right breast, fatigue and a lumpy boob. No fever yet, but I know it's coming. This sucks!
