Big (((hugs)))
Ibuprofen, warm compresses for sure.  Have you been to the doctor?  Is there someone helping you?  Stay in bed as much as you can, grit your teeth through the pain, and nurse -- it makes it go away even though it really hurts!!!  (It's making me cringe just thinking of it and it's been years since I've had it!). Hang in there, I had it early on with two out of my three -- generally it does get better on a hurry...

 :'(

Cringing too just thinking about it :(  Lots if hugs and feel better vibes.  Take care of yourself, hun.  Like Erin said ibuprofen and warm compresses.  I had to take lots of hot baths and submerge the girls to clear the blockages I had.  Get yourself to the doctor as soon as possible  :-*

That is tiring and uncomfortable.

I am sure you've tried everything.  But just incase, what worked for me was:

warming the breast with a wheatbag for 15 mins before the feed ( or warm, shower, not hot)

making sure the chin of the baby is over the blocked duct (even if that means asking for help holding the baby in different position.

And as the baby is latched on good an true, and is feeding, GENTLY press around and when you can, on the blocked part. Don't push hard, just press and hold, or press and move hand in direction of nipple.  The pressure should not be more than what you use to put moisturiser on.

Make sure you see a proffessional so they can help so it doesn't become an abscess. Don't wait.  It's important.

And ps.  Sometimes expressing the last bits after baby is finished helps to keep the ducts clear. Just keep the power very low, and only a few minutes.  You don't want to stimulate them to make more milk....

Good luck.

No temp happy?
I only had full blown mastitis once with abx with Ozzie when I went back to work at 4 Mths and wasn't pumping enough

With Emma I had what u describe umpteen times but never bad enough for abx, temp to 37.5 only but all of what ladies have recommended helped me stave off full blown infection. It was always on my right side.

Can u get to see a breast feeding specialist or good midwife to check baby's latch etc?

Hugs. Feeding really helps it clear. I did get a Abx both times I had it and they made me feel much better within a day of starting.

Antibiotics all three times.  Felt better within a day or two, then it took another day or two for the lumps (yes, I had multiple lumps :( ) to clear.

They never gave me antibiotics because I never had a temp.  Apparently that meant i didn't 'tick' all the boxes. After weeks of feeling exhausted and sore, doing all they said, i ended up with an abscess. It was with first child, i was uncertain and full of mean hormones. I followed advice, except i tried to 'push' the milk out hard under the shower, only made it worse, bruising and spreading the issue. So please please be gentle with your breasts, i suggest expressing after your morning feed, seems to be when baby drinks the most and then sleeps the longest, giving yourself time. Later in the day is tough as feeds closer together and busy with life, dinner, baths etc.....

This is only my experience. You know your body and babe best. Always ask expert help for other options if what you're doing isn't working. And rest when you can, your body is busy!

When I had a plugged duct,  I worked at it like it was my freaking job! I nursed that baby as often has he would, inbetween, I showered, held a warm compress on it and massaged it until I had hand cramps, and it didn't budge. I read taking lecithin could help, and within 24 hours, the pain had subsided, swelling went down and the plug began to break down. If you haven't tried lecithin yet, go snag yourself some. It was a life saver for me!!
