yes I think I am going for one but that is the least night sleep he has had in ages. I guess do 5.45 A again? Going to aim for 11.30am and see x

It's good though because the clocks change tonight so if you do one nap and have to do a very early bedtime it won't impact on tomorrow as much (because he will be getting up an hour 'later').

OR your other option is that you give him a two nap day because he had such a short night, and then use the later wake up tomorrow to your advantage - to push his whole routine forward an hour in the hope that it continues like in the future??

So, I've not been much help!!  I would always be inclined to do two naps when Ben has had a short night - but then I know they are very different.

I would too Claire - just not sure what to do for the best tbh. My gut says he is getting OT as he looks tired and I know he would sleep if I took him for a walk but then again I have the afternoon sleep to deal with which is hard. I think he is finding the longer A times hard to handle x
