Thanks Naomi - much appreciated.
Ok, so we're still getting 1.5 hour naps but last night was the first night we had no night wakings. Interestingly I doubled his clothing (long sleeve bodysuit w/ no legs + 2.5 tog sleep bag) and he was nice and warm/not sweaty when he woke up. HOWEVER, he has been a grizzly, crying, tired mess all day. Throwing tantrums left right and centre, things like falling over was enough to set off the tears!
So, what do I do now? Do I maintain 11am sleep? Every single day I have spent 45 minutes trying to resettle and he just lays there awake, finger sucking and playing with comforter. Doesn't even ATTEMPT to close eyes and drift off. He's obviously extremely tired and I don't want to push him too much but do you think I should move the nap slightly? Would lunch stay after nap - I just feel he's too tired to eat atm but he may eat something more substantial if I offered it. Just not sure how to structure the day at all. He is going down well at 6 (because he's so damn exhausted) so hesitant to push that too much too.

He's been quiet each night I put him down at 6. no crying or messing around. As he's such a light sleeper I don't tend to check on him until 6:30 and he's always asleep by then but of course could have fallen asleep much quicker and earlier.
Would love your advice. xxx
P.s. I'm also off to a sleep school next Thursday for 5 days. Due to the risk of climbing; it is their policy to place toddlers over the age of 15 months in toddler beds. A very scary prospect and I could find I have more issues on my hand...but then again, nothing I'm doing here at home is working so I guess I have nothing to lose.
