I've always read more than one short night in a row as meaning there's something that needs changing as he starts to get overtired...to go from 11hr20 to 10hr20 seems dramatic to me

Oh yes, before everything got messy, B was sleeping 12hr+ total in 24. EVery so often there'd be a 9hr-10hr night in there. Then we got a really late night after doing a 1hr nap for a week and so I went to NND and that's where this all started.
