well that looks much better so try to stick with that. Some do prefer a short A time in the am and that is fine. I agree with Claire in that 6 hours for us after the nap always would lead to OT. Hugs, you are doing great.

6 hours after nap would have been disastrous for us - maybe if you have stuck this out for week and it's not helping you could try to push the morning nap back half an hour but keep bedtime the same to see if that works.

that is quite a long nap - are you not capping at 2 hours? After a 2.5 hour nap 5 hours may have been a bit short. Keep us posted xx

Yep 4.50 wake up. I let her sleep to get a later bed time with out OT. So she fell asleep with only having to go in once at 6.45.
Any suggestions for today?

That is early! Would she take a CN in the car then a later Nap to keep BT at a reasonable hr?
ie CN 9-9.30
Nap 12-2
BT 7
or 20min CN with shorter A to nap ie 11.30am and then earlier BT? :-* EW sux

I would play it a bit by ear hun...unless you know how long she can last on a CN...with Z now I generally find he can do longer than I think after a CN as they are so rare. I think 11.15 may be a touch too early :-\ FX for you hun

No she didn't sleep drove around from 8.50 until 9.30 and every so often she would look like she was about to drift off and then she would start chatting!
Going to put her down at 11am it will be 6 hours of a time but I don't think it is a good idea to go any earlier in case of a short nap.

Good luck Hun....if it helps I would have probably done the same thing. At least she rested in the car right ;)

So she went down at 11 fell asleep at 11.10 and woke at 12.28. I wasn't here but the minder who was said that the white noise stopped (I had it on iPod as note from elec company said there would be a cut so I didn't turn on cd player just in case, of course elec never went off).... Almost 1 now and she is still awake. What time should I aim for bed?

ooh, that is a tricky one. I would aim for 6pm ish. You could go earlier but tbh unless she tacks on well to her night sleep it could be messy. What do you think?
